Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts for 1 hours. If 1 hour have passed since you purchased and received it, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your service is unusable or unsigned when you receive it. All the problems from our system that make it impossible for you to use, we tried to help but couldn’t make it work. In other cases, we do not issue refunds for any other reason.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We only replace tools that are faulty and unusable, and we only change them within 1 hour of you receiving the tools. We only change the tools available in the combo pack you purchased or similar tools. If you have any tool that is failing and want to change it to another tool, please email us at hello@fbsdigitalstore.pk or other communication channels like WhatsApp, Live chat

Yes we offer refund, if the service is not working for 3-4 days. Otherwise we do not offer any refund, Its Refund Applicable on single product not in bundle pack like agency plan. so if you have any doubt always contact our live chat.

We do not allow account sharing; If our system detects you are sharing your account, we will permanently ban your account without any notice and refund, If you want to share subscription/account with your friends or family, buy private or full account.
Sorry to say, NO! You can't use one account on a different IP or Location. You have to purchase two accounts to access from home and the office. If you try to use one account from a different location, you will be permanently banned Your Account/Subscription, If you want to User you subscription/account on 2 devices, buy 2 Device or private/full account
